Until the creation of the Hellenic Institute of Electric Vehicles (HEL.I.E.V.) there was no other internationally recognized, scientfic and non-for-profit organization in Greece promoting enviromentally friendly and energy conscious ways of mobility. In January 1991, 36 founding members primarly scientists, journalists and ecologists - submitted to the Hellenic Court an official request for the creation of the Institute. Read More
